Keep in mind it 7 to 10 business days weekends are not included. If the unit description states unit is available for immediate shipping it will ship within 1-2 business days from the order date. All products and bundles ships within 1-3 business days, Unless it is a pre-sale, all pre-sale items ship within 10 business days unless other wise stated.

You should wash your wig as often as needed. Typically, every 2-3 weeks is recommended, but if you have a more active lifestyle, you might need to wash it once a week.

You can use any hydration shampoo and conditioner for your wig. If your unit or bundles are really oily, wash once with a clarifying shampoo before using your hydration shampoo. Make sure to brush your wig or bundle thoroughly before washing to avoid tangles.

Beside normal washing and styling, you will need to replace combs, bands along with your closure or frontal once or twice a year depending on the wear and tare, the average is once a year.

Yes, you can send your wig back for maintenance. All maintenance services are listed under the shop tab; just scroll down to wig services.

No, all units must be paid in full before any pick-up or shipment. However, I do offer flexible payment options available at checkout.

Yes , You can find that option under wig construction, simply choose the option that suit you and mail the hair to the P.O. Box listed on my home page. Once you have shipped the hair to me please email me your tracking information. It is up to you to insure your package, Im not responsible for lost or damage during transit. Once I receive the hair it is a 7 business day turn around time.
