Keep in mind it 7 to 10 business days weekends are not included. If the unit description states unit is available for immediate shipping it will ship within 1-2 business days from the order date. All products and bundles ships within 1-3 business days, Unless it is a pre-sale, all pre-sale items ship within 10 business days unless other wise stated.

Wash your wig as often as needed. Generally, every 2-3 weeks is good, but if you're very active, you might need to wash it weekly.

Use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner for your wig. If it's very oily, start with a clarifying shampoo. Always brush your wig or bundles thoroughly before washing to prevent tangles.

Beside normal washing and styling, you will need to replace combs, bands along with your closure or frontal once or twice a year depending on the wear and tare, the average is once a year.

Yes, you can send your wig back for maintenance. Check the 'Wig Services' section under the shop tab for details.

No, all units must be paid in full before pick-up or shipment. However, flexible payment options are available at checkout.

Yes , You can find that option under wig construction, simply choose the option that suit you and mail the hair to the P.O. Box listed on my home page. Once you have shipped the hair to me please email me your tracking information. It is up to you to insure your package, Im not responsible for lost or damage during transit. Once I receive the hair it is a 7 business day turn around time.
