How does this work.
Once your order is received there is a 1-3 days processing time before your order is shipped. Custom orders can take up to 10 business days (each unit has the processing time in the unit description. Shipping can take up to additional 3-5 business days for US orders and 5-10 on International orders.
Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided.
Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the carrier system.
Please be advised that delays can occur which are out of our control. Under these circumstances shipping can take longer.
We do not control the shipping carriers.
We cannot change any addresses. Be sure to check your address before confirming the order. If your address is incorrect, your order will be cancelled.
In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details.
Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
We are not responsible for damage packages cause by the shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
