Any Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner will be fine, if your unit or bundles is really oily wash once with clarifying shampoo and before you wash with your hydration shampoo. Please make sure your brush you wig or bundle out good before you wash to ensure no tangles during this process.

Beside normal washing and styling, you will need to replace combs, bands along with your closure or frontal once or twice a year depending on the wear and tare, the average is once a year.

Once you have shipped the hair to me please email me your tracking information. It is up to you to insure your package, Im not responsible for lost or damage during transit.
